  • certain financial information, including your current level of compensation, including any benefits
  • information about your training, education, certifications, and licenses
  • information about your right to work in a specific country, including your passport, work permit, visas, driver’s license, date of birth, and social security number

Sharing Your Information
The personal information you provide to Aguirre & Fields, LP will be shared, consistent with applicable law, as follows:

  • With affiliates and subsidiaries of Aguirre & Fields, LP;

    • Your information may be shared internally with members of the Talent Management and recruitment team, legal advisors, interviewers involved in the recruitment process, managers in the business area with a vacancy and IT staff, if access to the data is necessary for the performance of their roles.
    • Aguirre & Fields, LP uses certain software platforms to collect, retain, and manage data collected from applicants and employees. The providers of that software, including Newton and PayCor, may have access to your information.
    • We may also share your information with certain trusted third parties, including taxing authorities, background check and drug testing providers, benefit plan providers and legal advisors, as required or permitted by law.
    • In some cases, we may include information about you in resumes or summaries that are submitted to customers and prospective customers in proposals.

Protection of Your Data
Aguirre & Fields, LP takes the protection of your personal data seriously. Although there is no such thing as “perfect security” on the Internet, Aguirre & Fields, LP maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to help protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Retention of Your Data
Aguirre & Fields, LP retains your personal data only as long as it is needed for business purposes in accordance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements and in accordance with Aguirre & Fields, LP records retention schedules.

Aguirre & Fields, LP retains data you provide for recruitment as follows:

  • If your application for employment is unsuccessful, Aguirre & Fields, LP will hold your data on file for 6 (six) months after the end of the relevant recruitment process. If you agree to allow us to keep your personal data on file, we will hold your data on file for a further 6 (six) months for consideration for future employment opportunities. At the end of that period, your data is deleted or destroyed. You will be asked for this consent when you submit your CV for consideration.
  • If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your employee file (electronic and paper-based) and retained by Talent Management during your employment. The periods for which your data will be held will be provided to you in a new privacy notice.

Cross-Border Transfer of Information
Aguirre & Fields, LP generally maintains servers and systems in the United States hosted by third-party service providers. We also may subcontract the processing of your data to, or otherwise share your data with, other third parties in the United States or countries other than your country of residence. As a result, where the personal information that we collect through or in connection with the Website is transferred to and processed in the United States or anywhere else outside the European Economic Area (EEA) for the purposes described above, we will take steps to ensure that the information receives the same level of protection as if it remained within the EEA, including entering into data transfer agreements, using the EU Commission approved Standard Contractual Clauses, and by any other means required or suggested by the GDPR.
