Rick serves as the Director of Transportation Services and oversees the day-to-day operations of the transportation group. He builds and manages cohesive teams, oversees performance, and continually improves our design processes, all while promoting innovative thinking and growth and ensuring our clients and communities are satisfied with our services. An innovator and problem solver, Rick provides meaningful leadership for our transportation group by encouraging continuous learning, embracing innovation, and cultivating a broad knowledge of the transportation field.
Rick has continued to take on more responsibilities over the years, joining Aguirre & Fields as a structural project manager, then leading the structural team for the Sugar Land office, and now leading the transportation services group across Texas and Oklahoma. Rick’s keen ability to visualize projects from concept to design and to build and manage cohesive teams ensures exceptional results. His passion for design and technology allows him to lead by example and stay informed now and into the future.
