Chris serves as the Chief Financial Officer and oversees all financial and administrative operations. She provides strategic leadership and establishes long-range goals, plans, and policies. She is known for her exceptional dedication and her people-oriented leadership. Chris has developed operational metrics for internal analysis resulting in improved performance and client satisfaction. These contributions led to Aguirre & Fields being recognized with the PSMJ Circle of Excellence Award. Her passion for her profession, combined with her dedication and perspective, offer an incredible resource for our team and for our communities as they plan for long-term growth.
Chris has utilized her accounting and auditing background to benefit many not-for-profit organizations over the years. She is very active in her church and community. She currently serves in several volunteer positions at Sugar Creek Baptist Church. She has also served in multiple positions with the Boy Scouts of America, served as treasurer for the Women’s Pregnancy Center of Southwest Houston, and traveled to Guatemala to teach valuable life skills to women rescued from harmful situations.
