FOCUSING ON OUR PEOPLE THROUGH SUPPORT SERVICES LEADERSHIP

March 21 , 2019 – Aguirre & Fields President Dave Lubitz, P.E. is excited to recognize the following support services leadership:

Christine (Chris) Crosby, CPA serves as the Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Chris provides strategic leadership for Aguirre & Fields, establishes long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies, and oversees all financial and administrative operations.

Chris joined the company in 2012 and has served as the Director of Finance in her most recent role. Her experience in auditing and financial operations, along with her dedication and people-oriented leadership have been instrumental in the growth and success of Aguirre & Fields.

“I’m committed to help guide the strategic vision of this company,” Chris said. “Aguirre & Fields has provided many opportunities for growth and development in a supportive culture of honesty and integrity.”

An alumnus of Oral Roberts University, Chris has utilized her accounting and auditing background to benefit many not-for-profit organizations over the years and is very active in her church and community.

Roger LeeRoger Lee serves as the Chief Technology Officer. In this role, Roger provides short and long-term technology strategies, oversees initiatives and staff, and inspires innovation in our teams.

Roger joined the company in 2016 as the Director of Information Technology. In 1999, he co-founded a hosting company pioneering what is known today as the Cloud. He led the company into markets around the world with a focus on top-rated customer experience. Roger studied computer science at the University of Houston and is active in various groups with a focus on serving others through technology.

April Hurley serves as the Chief People Officer. In this role, April is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the business plan and vision of the company. She provides overall care, leadership, and guidance to our people as well as foster a culture to recruit, reward, and retain highly motivated and qualified leaders.

“Joining this team was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made,” said April. “I believe this is a place where leaders can grow their careers and enjoy their work. This place is special; the people here are amazing and genuinely care about each other. It’s inspiring!”

“April has been a nice addition to the team,” said Dave. “She brings experiences from different organizations that will help us diversify our thinking. April is a natural coach and we’re thrilled she’s joined our team to help us develop our talent.”

April joined the company in 2018 as the Director of Human Resources. Prior to joining Aguirre & Fields, she worked at Kohl’s, Best Buy, and Target in Human Resources Leadership positions. April has an undergraduate degree in Human Resources from the University of Central Oklahoma and a master’s degree in Human Resources Development from Webster University.
