Aguirre & Fields Announces New Associates

Aguirre & Fields, a leading engineering company in Texas and Oklahoma, is pleased to announce the addition of three new associates:

  • Aaron DeBord, P.E., Sugar Land Roadway Team Lead
  • Noelle Ingram, Controller
  • Eric Schluter, Research & Development Lead

“We’re committed to our long-term legacy and very excited to welcome Aaron, Eric, and Noelle as associates,” says Chief Executive Officer Oscar Aguirre, P.E. “They truly live out the Aguirre & Fields Guiding Principles of service, integrity, innovation, commitment, and more.”

Introduced in October 2019, the Aguirre & Fields Associates Program was developed to transition current employees to future partners, becoming partial owners of the company.

“Employee ownership allows us to maintain our culture while making a positive impact in our communities,” says DeBord. “I appreciate Aguirre & Fields for living our guiding principles, empowering employees to be the driving force of excellence.”

“I decided to become an Aguirre & Fields associate because I wanted to invest in our future and ensure our values and goals remain our own,” says Schluter. “The Aguirre & Fields associate program is important to keep us living out our vision and purpose. We want to maintain our culture and atmosphere because that’s what makes our company so remarkable.”

The program helps ensure Aguirre & Fields remains an internally-held and operated company as associates learn of the duties and requirements in becoming a partner.

Becoming an Aguirre & Fields associate gives me the opportunity to invest in something I believe in,” says Ingram. “We are a special and unique company because we are character-based. The associate program provides us the opportunity to grow, learn, and build upon our guiding principles so we can continue to impact our communities in positive ways.”

“We are thrilled we can provide this opportunity to our employees and look forward to growing the associate program over the years to come,” says President Dave Lubitz, P.E.
